#1091 Filter setting labels should be translatable (state: open)

The label of filter settings should be translatable like the names/labels of attributes.

The value is usually obtained from tl_metamodel_filtersetting.label and has to be extended in there. Maybe we want to provide a more general solution for such stuff though which will centralize the code for attributes, render setting labels and filter setting labels.
